How to tackle Chickenpox, Cholesterol, common cold, Constipations, cough?
1. Add 2 mgs of roasted asafetida to a glass of warm milk and drink this twice a day.
2. Add a teaspoonful of turmeric powder to milk and consume this mixture twice a day.
3. Prepare tea by adding 1 tbsp of pepper powder in a cup of milk along with a pinch of turmeric and little sugar.
4. Take a cup of water and boil it with ginger powder till it becomes half. Add some honey to it. Drink it at night.
5. One lemon along with a teaspoon of honey should be diluted in a glass of warm water and taken once or twice a day.
Cough
1. Grapes help a great deal in treating cold in a few days. Consume 1 cup grape juice and also add 1-teaspoon honey to it.
2. Almonds are excellent for dry coughs. Soak about seven almonds in water and keep them overnight. Next morning peel off the brown skin. Now grind them to form a powder and add twenty grams each of butter and sugar and form a paste. Consume it twice a day, once in the morning and the second time in the evening.
3. Add a pinch of grounded white pepper in one tea spoon of pure honey. Regular use of this 2-3 times a day regularly for 4-5 days will cure cough.
Chickenpox
1. Oatmeal bath is considered to be the most effective home remedies for chicken pox.
2. Pure honey smeared on the scabs helps in clearing up scars.
3. Mix 1/2 cup of brown vinegar in warm water and take bath. This also helps is healing the scars.
4. Take a lukewarm bath with neem leaves to prevent itching.
Cholesterol
1. In 1 glass of water, add 2 tbsps of coriander seeds and bring to a boil. Let the decoction cool for some time and then strain. Drink this mixture two times in a day.
2. 2 cloves of Laving on empty stomach every morning, lowers cholesterol and also thins blood, thereby reducing occurence of certain types of cardiac conditions.
3. Munch half cup of black currant.
4. 1tsp of Sesame seeds soaked overnight, to be taken in the morning on empty stomach daily.
5. 5-6 Almonds can be munched daily. For best results, should be taken for 6 months.
Constipation
1. Eat apples without removing the skin.
2. Soak one date (without seeds) overnight in half a cup of water. In the morning mash the date with water and remove the pulp. Take one teaspoon of this water three or four times a day.
3. Drink a solution of 1/2 tsp honey in 1/2 cup warm water 2-3 times a day to cure constipation. Dates taken with milk also give a great relief from constipation.
4. Mixing ½ cup of olive oil with ½ cup of orange juice and drinking is one of the natural remedies for constipation.
5. spinach juice gives immediate relief from constipation.
